Graduated from Nova Law School, Ft. Lauderdale, FL: May 1989 Admitted to Florida Bar: October 6, 1989. Attended University of Miami, Paralegal School, 1985-86 (two courses short of graduation).
Legal Experience: Private practice 2001 to present (Kissimmee FL 4/2001 - 9/2004) (Orlando, FL 10/2004 - present). Staff attorney, Greater Orlando Area Legal Services, Inc., (Legal Aid) Kissimmee, FL, 1990-2001. Clinical legal education, Nova Law School, Spring 1989. Intake paralegal, Legal Services Corp. of Greater Miami, FL, (Legal Aid) 1985-86. Volunteer legal intern, State Attorney's Office, Miami, FL 1984-85.
Other: Certified Family Law Mediator, 2001 - 2023. Family Law Court Mediator, 2011 - 2023. Court appointed attorney in Guardianship cases in Orange and Osceola counties, 2011 - 2023 and a couple of years before then in Osceola county. Court appointed Juvenile Law attorney 2015 - 2022. Attorney adviser (Civil Matters) - Self-Help Center - Orange County Clerk - July 2024 to present. Orange County Bar Association Member since 2001. American Bar Association Member since 2023. Part-time insurance office secretary - 3/25/24 to present.
